Calling all artists and artisans, bakers and makers, street-food vendors and warm beverage specialists
Inspired by the 70+ Weihnachtsmarkts (Christmas Markets) in Berlin, Germany and my time exploring as many of them as possible, I’m seeking to partner with Atlanta’s best to create a truly unique experience for the city! Want to join me in some holiday magic?
In partnership with WUSSY I am seeking up to 30 artist and artisan booths and a limited number of street-food and non-alcoholic hot beverage vendors for A Pop Up Holiday Market on Sunday, 12/16 from 2p-midnight at Deep End Atlanta. Deep End will be stripped to the bones and decked out in holiday cheer!
Booth rent is $30 per artisan vendor and $50 for hot food/beverage vendors for the whole day.
To keep a steady flow of guests, doors will be open from 2:00P until midnight. The first half of the day will draw in families, holiday shoppers, post-brunchers, and the evening will be curated with a DJ/live holiday set starting around 8:00p.
Down to some nitty gritty - ALL vendors will be required to:
share and promote A Pop-Up Holiday Market on social / digital media!
remain setup the entire duration of the event (2p - midnight)
provide a (branded) linen to cover your table (if applicable)
Please note:
Call time will be between 12:00 - 1:00p.
Hot food & beverage vendors will be OUTDOORS and will handle all elements of their setup (specifically, will need extension cords and prepare for the elements)
Artist & Artisan vendors will be INSIDE, and electricity is not guaranteed (please be prepared with battery backups for POS and battery-operated display lighting if desired)
Deep End will be providing alcoholic beverages and a limited, curated holiday food menu all day.
